Ruby Tuesday in Bridgewater

I ordered the hickory bourbon chicken special at Ruby Tuesday. The portion was pathetic, looked like a child's portion!

So few of them are left. I've been going to this one for almost 2 decades. Salad bar is good and fresh and service is excellent. Manager checked in with us,too.

Had a very nice visit very good burger and great service

Salad bar was great, first ribeye was a bit overcooked, they quickly corrected. Sat in the bar area, wasn't too busy however one person was managing tables, bar and service bar. Faith at the bar did a great job to keep everyone current with there orders.

You can't go too wrong with this place. The food was good and the salad bar was fresh and cold.

We love the salad bar, the employees are friendly, and the food is always good, but the corporation has decided to let this place go.Its clean but it needs updating. Fix the table tops, a new rug, redo the bathrooms, otherwise it'll die off soon.

Nice atmosphere. Servers were pleasant, went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Manager came out and aplogized for long wait time just to get beverages. Possibly a mix-up with wait staff. Offered free desert to compensate. Not really necessary as we were content, but extremely grateful and desert was delicious! Thank you Ruby Tuesdays!

Stopped by for lunch. Sat in the bar area. Good tomato soup to start. Crunchy chicken sandwich was done well and had lots of taste. Courteous and attentive waitress did a good job. Will return soon.

Love the salad bar but it's missing some of the ingredients it used to have.

Cool desserts. Service was really bad after lunch rush. Not necessarily the girls fault as she seemed to be the only waitress on the floor. Hire more staff.

Our waiter David was GREAT. He went over and beyond what he had to do. The manager Josh was wonderful he took his time to tell us the sauce that we wanted on our food to make it spicy was not gonna taste good with the order. In this day and age everybody wants to only say negative things I want to say thank you for a great experience can’t wait to come back.

Good food for decent prices.

Went on a weekday for lunch. Not a lot of people. Took about 20 to 25 min to have my burger ready. I had a mushroom with swiss cheese burger. Pretty thick piece of meat and it was done perfectly. It came with fries or tator tots. Overall the dish was great.

Ruby Tuesday was very nice. No wait time. Great food and drinks. Waitress was good. Kids enjoyed there self. Chairs are very comfortable.

Service was phenomenal. Our server Taylor was so nice and so professional that we were shocked in awe. Place was very neat, food was perfect, and the wait time was not even that long. Definitely would recommend especially if Taylor is working. Apparently she bartends too so that’s also another plus. Overall i am very pleased with the establishment.

Convenient location and easy to find. Food was great and, even though they were busy, our service was spot on. The salad bar is the best and well stocked.

Not at its best that night my party was there. The food was really salty. But the manager made up for any inconvenience. So yes we would give it a try again.

I am visiting and this place is offering outdoor dining but it's hot and humid but the service and good are very good. Nice and friendly staff.

This is a decent neighborhood restaurant with good food, a nice salad bar, reasonable prices, and a friendly staff. The only negative is that the service is slow; they take your order quickly enough, but you are not going to see that food for a while. That's less of an issue if you have the salad bar option, but if this is your lunch hour, you are probably going to be late getting back to work.

Diane was a great server. Food was served promptly and she stopped by often to check on our drinks. Enjoyed the tender ribs!

Food is great and fast service, convenient location attached to Marriott hotel and will deliver room service.

Salad Bar was super organized and clean when we ate here. Staff was polite and helpful. A+

Had to ask for plates at the salad bar. Numerous items at salad bar needed to be replenished. Had to ask to have salad bar replenished. We eat there often and not happy with our visit.

Food was awesome, service was questionable at best. Had to ask for refills, and waiter was scarce! Had something been closer may have tried there. Good luck if you're hungry!!!

I give them a four star for the simple reason Josh the guy who served me outside was very polite, I ordered a Caesar salad and it was no dressing and no cheese on it I had to come back and Josh took care of me. Thanks Josh

Great service and great food.

The food was cool not hot I had a steak. And there was more fat on it than meat. They were out of 3 things we ordered. The best thing is the salad bar.

No wonder this place is empty! Very poor quality of food and after spending 50 bucks for me and my 9 year old son to have dinner I'm wishing I would've stayed in and ate a pizza! The food at this place used to be fabulous but now the portions are so small it's not even worth paying for. I could've went to benihana and paid the same amount. But I most certainly won't be returning to this establishment. Very disappointing.

Look, you know what this is. It's Ruby Tuesdays during a pandemic attached to a Courtyard. So sadly, there's no salad bar. Or draft beer. There should be no illusions as to what you're looking at here. They set up tables out in the parking lot which was cool. The thing I liked about it was it was spaced out far and there was no decor, minus beach umbrellas, so it was kind of an apocalyptic dining experience. I had the chicken caesar salad and two ice cold Miller Lites. Was is gastronomic bliss? Nope, but it was all my tired self wanted at the end of a day of driving.

I came in with my family without a reservation, and we were greeted and sat immediately. The food was great but all praise goes to our wonderful waitress, i believe her name was Taylor. She had a friendly personality and was very attentive to our needs.

Always nice to hang out and relax. Quite bar area. Great food and wonderful bartenders.

Ruby Tuesday at this location is connected to a Marriot.....Not to bad for first time visit..had the crispy chicken salad....more chicken would have been nice....salad could have been more fresh....I am rating a 4 star only for the waitress....as she was greatHere on business...

I was placed on hold while the waitress walked all the way outside to take menus, went back inside to get cleaning supplies, walked back outside and cleaned the table, went back inside to store cleaning supplies and went back outaide to take the tables order. Then went back inside to answer the phone that she had placed on hold. I know all this as I was in a car outside the restaurant on hold. The store list 3 weeks of orders ad we were here while our son was in the hospital with leukemia.

Like so many chain restaurants this one just falls into the average category. . The Ribeye Steak was nothing to write home about.

Food is good but their service is bad especially when u have Doordash picking up the delivering. it is definitely not Doordash fault because I know for a fact that Doordash only pick up and deliver. No plastic wear in the bag. And the first time I oder from them we never got a deliver. We waited a whole 45 minutes for them to tell us deliver was canceled. Very bad service..i wish I can give them a zero star!

This was so disappointing because Ruby Tuesdays is one of my favorite salad bars especially after they added more to it but I have noticed a decline even with the update to the salad bar (only reason I gave two stars and not one). I went with coworkers on my lunch break and firstly they were under staffed. They had the bartender wait on our table of 6 when we weren't even in the bar section so needless to say the service was not good and it made me get back to work VERY late. I ordered the endless soup and salad and the only good thing was the salad. Both soups came out cold so I did not eat much of either. I am not sure how one can serve cold soup as it should be hot all the time and just ladled into the bowl. It was very disappointing and I dont think I will ever go back again.

Decent eats for a late-night meal! Host was kind of slow getting us seated in a mostly empty restaurant, but after that, server was attentive and food was very good for the price. Mega beer size is worth the money on import beers!

Was just at this restaurant and ordered beer and appetizers waited 35 minutes and received neither our waiter was Rocky and he had a temper and a terrible attitude I will not be returning. The manager comped the ice tea we did receive

My coworkers and I come here for lunch a lot. The salad bar and healthier options are great for working lunches when you don't want to eat something fried. However, I believe management has not been prioritizing their wait staff as we were being served by the bartender who did not have the time to check on our group as often as we would have liked.We ordered the Endless Soup, but all soups were served less than warm, and all additional soups were also cold. Obviously this is not the fault of our server, but the management needs to understand that any inability to get to an area in a restaurant leads to dissatisfied customers.Hope you guys get better, I really do like this place.

Always great here, new chicken sandwich was awesome. Salad bar is the best around

Wife and I love their food, especially the salad bar.

Server Rocky was very sweet very informative and attentive . The food was great full of favor.
